
Ammo:
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 whole eggs
- 5 egg whites
- 2 scoops of your favourite protein powder (casein or whey, but casein better)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- cinnamon to taste
- olive oil or coconut oil (coconut oil is better)
- water if needed for consistency
- Sweetener if required
Mission Brief:
Into a blender add the oats, whole eggs, egg whites, protein powder, banana, blueberries, peanut butter and cinnamon to taste
Add sweetener now if required for taste
Blend mixture for 3-6 seconds ONLY to keep consistency of the fruit
Place a pan on high heat and add coconut oil or olive oil
Add mixture to the pan to create the size of your desired pancake
ONLY flip the pancakes when bubbles appear on the surface
If you find the mixture is too think (depends on protein powder used) add a small amount of water to mixture

Pancakes are very versatile for many reasons. Firstly, they can be cooled then either placed into the fridge or freezer for use later. Don't like peanut butter? No problem there are loads of other ingredients that can be used... chocolate, apple sauce, almond butter, all fruits... get creative!
