COOKIES:
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C – 350 °F.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll out the dough onto a baking paper until it is 0.5 cm thick.
Cut out 30 round 'Oreo' cookie size circles.
Put the ‘Oreo’ cookies on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let the ‘Oreo’ cookies cool down.
FILLING:
Mix all ingredients for the filling together in a bowl.
Take two halves of the 'Oreo' and add some filling to one half and then place the other half on top to finish!
Pour a glass of the white stuff and enjoy.
