Sniper protein pot noodle

Ammo:

  • Pre-cooked chicken (100-150g)
  • 1/2 a pack of couscous (choose your favourite flavour)
  • Chicken stock (small pack)
  • 1 cube of low sodium soy sauce
  • garlic paste to taste
  • A handful of your favourite vegetables (peas, sweet corn, carrot etc)
  • 1 plastic sealable container
  • 150ml of boiling water

Mission Brief:

Right... don't blink!
Take all ingredients and place into container. When ready to eat simply add 150ml of boiling water and leave it covered for 5-minutes.
After 5-minutes, fluff with a fork and eat!

Attention Snipers:

If you want to plan ahead with your Sniper Protein Pot Noodle, put all the ingredients (bar the chicken) into the container and seal, ready for work the next day.
