Tuna Salad

Ammo:

  • 350g green beans
  • 250g red peppers
  • 300g tuna (canned in spring water)
  • VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tbsp. of virgin olive oil
  • ½ lemon (juice only)
  • 1 tbsp. of light/low sodium soya sauce
  • ½ tsp. of mustard
  • ½ tbsp. of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mission Brief:

Firstly cook your green beans making sure that you do not overcook them and they are crisp at the bite.

Cool the cooked green beans under cold running water and put to one side.

Next, slice up your red peppers.

Place the cooled green beans, sliced red peppers and tuna into a bowl and mix together then add salt and pepper to taste.

For the vinaigrette simply mix all the ingredients together.
