Breakfast pizza

Ammo:

  • 2 slices of lean turkey bacon or extra lean bacon
  • 12 inch thin pizza crust
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup of low fat mozzarella
  • 1/2 diced tomato
  • 1/4 diced onion
  • 1/4 diced pepper
  • Sea salt and blck pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Mission Brief:

Start by cooking off your turkey bacon or extra lean bacon and cut into small pieces
Take your diced tomato, onion and pepper and saute off in a little olive oil in a pan until starting to brown, then add the cooked bacon back into the pan
Next, crack the eggs straight into the pan with the bacon and vegetables
Heat the Pizza crust in the oven as per the instructions, then remove and add on top of the pan mix
Once the eggs are cooked, with care, flip the pizza onto a plate and add the mozzarella onto the cooked eggs

ATTENTION SNIPERS:

To boost your fat burning metabolism and for an extra taste "kick"  add some form of hot sauce to your Pizza... the hotter the better
